Do I need experience as a franchise consultant?+
No. If you've owned or operated a franchise, you already have the perspective that matters. The Franchise Sales Accelerator teaches you the rest — how to generate leads, match candidates, and close deals.
How do franchise consultants get paid?+
Mainly through placement commissions: franchisors pay you when a candidate you've guided signs on. Commissions vary by brand, but successful consultants can earn in the range of $25k–$35k on a single placement. On the TCX platform you can also charge for paid introduction meetings at a rate you set. Actual earnings depend on your effort, your market, and the deals you close.
Can I do this part-time?+
Yes. Many consultants build this alongside their existing business. You set your own schedule and availability.
What is the optional TCX Academy?+
TCX Academy is real-time business coaching from experienced and top performing consultants. It includes two small group masterminds per month, plus ongoing access for deal-specific coaching. The Academy is $750 per month with a six-month minimum, and is open to anyone who has completed the Franchise Sales Accelerator.
What happens after the six months of coaching?+
Your TCX platform access continues — so you keep the brand relationships and momentum you've built. You can carry on with coaching if you want it; by then most consultants are running deals on their own.
